University of Texas at Austin, majoring in psychology with a minor in communication studies, then a Master of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University with an emphasis in clinical mental health counseling. Also trained in expressive arts, narrative storytelling, CBT, psychotherapeutic yoga, mindfulness and meditation, intuitive eating and hunger-cue work, plus a course in DBT for eating disorders. Alongside that, I'm trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, and I carry a yoga background into the clinical work.
Alana McCraw and I built Planted to Bloom together, because neither of us wanted to practice alone. "Better together" is the belief underneath everything we do here – there's always a second perspective available when the work calls for one.
Sessions with me are online, anywhere in Texas, fifty minutes at a time. No waiting room, no drive home while you’re still raw from it. You log in, we talk, and then you close the laptop and you’re already home.
When a client thanks me at the end of something hard, I tell them the same thing every time: you did the work, though. My job is to make the room, ask the next question, and keep the conditions right. What grows there belongs to you.

Something in your life is asking for attention, and you’re the one who noticed it.
That’s the courage part. We’ll bring the shovel.
Take a look around, and if we sound like the right fit, book a free 20-minute consultation.
Growth starts where you are, and right now that’s here.
