Vassar College, double major in psychology and religion, then a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University with a concentration in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling. I'm fully licensed in Texas, trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, with a yoga background underneath the clinical training.
I built Planted to Bloom together with Amber Ambriz, because neither of us wanted to practice in a vacuum. "Better together" is the belief underneath everything we do here, and it means there's always a second perspective available when the work calls for one.
Sessions with me happen online, across Texas, fifty minutes at a time. No waiting room, no drive home afterward while you’re still raw from it – you log in, we talk, and then you close the laptop and you’re already home.
When clients thank me at the end of something hard, my answer is the same every time: you did the work, though. I make the room, ask the next question, and keep the conditions right. What grows there is yours.

Something in your life is asking for attention, and you’re the one who noticed it.
That’s the courage part. We’ll bring the shovel.
Take a look around, and if we sound like the right fit, book a free 20-minute consultation.
Growth starts where you are, and right now that’s here.
